RFID-based recycling system for VCI dispensers
EXCOR EMIBO Classic is particularly suitable for reusable applications due to its plastic based material. The EXCOR recycling system was especially developed for the EXCOR EMIBO Classic. The concept follows the principle: Recycle, Reuse, Reduce. Production, collection, return transport and disposal take place entirely in Germany.
In order to get the most out of ecological sustainability it is necessary to keep products in circulation for as long as possible. As a consequence, we focus on the recycle and reuse approach to reduce our need for resources. To do this, we rely on used EMIBO Classic capsules to be refilled with recycled granulates and the application of RFID technology to determine the shelf life of the dispenser capsules.
